Chellisa Smith or Choco-Chan is currently 18 and lives in Powder Point with her 2 mothers, Cloudberry and Cherry Black and also Browny. She was adopted from Powder Point trust Orphanage at the age of 12 along with Browny. After a visit to Miptown she quickly feel in love with Coco.
